Backed by over 40 years of goodwill and experience as a predominant industry leader, at Assarain International Contracting Co. LLC (AICC) we have focused our energies towards the design and construction of premium grade residential, commercial and industrial buildings within the region. We have evolved into an independent company in 1994, strategically directing our primary focus towards exclusive endeavours held by the Assarain Group of Companies.
What we offer
With our multi-skilled and well-trained workforce, our company retains powerful, self-sustaining operations and addresses all facets of our processes from quantity surveying, to purchasing, financing and administration.
Additionally, we present a competitive edge to the industry as we are well-resourced with our own dedicated plants, carpentry and welding workshops, vehicles, electrical, mechanical, maintenance and transport facilities.
We have successfully completed numerous projects for a wide variety of prominent organizations which range from government ministries to leading commercial establishments and high quality residential apartments for the private sector. We have made our presence felt within construction circles with our superior craftsmanship and professionalism in executing projects which comprise offices, restaurants, mosques and a whole residential township among others, as well as some of the most luxurious villas in the Sultanate. Our notable projects include the Hay Al Rahbah Residential Project, Hatat Complex, as well as the Wudam Naval Base Accommodation, College and Library.

Proud to be registered as an Excellent Grade Company with numerous bodies such as the Tender Board, Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Health, we continue to stand tall and flourish as a leading force in the design and construction industry in the Sultanate of Oman.
