Bringing Oman beauty at its natural best |
The Body Shop was founded by Anita Roddick in 1976 as a small business manufacturing nature-based hair and skin care products that in price, packaging and promotion were in direct contrast to the hard-core cosmetic industry. The concept of natural simplicity and eco-friendly packaging caught on instantly, and what began as a little shop on the southern coast of England grew rapidly into a global business. |

This unique enterprise was brought to Oman by the Assarain Group through National Marketing and Trading Co. LLC. There are currently five Body Shop outlets in Oman: Muscat City Centre, Seeb, Capital Commercial Centre and Sabco Centre in Qurm, Zakher Shopping Mall – Al Khuwair and Al Haq Department Store in Salalah. These are part of a network comprising over 1500 outlets in 50 countries. |
