Cluttons has been active in the Gulf since 1975, with offices in Dubai, Sharjah and Bahrain. They have had a permanent office in Muscat since the mid 1980s and provide a full range of professional services which includes property sales and letting, property management, valuation, feasibility studies, market reports and general consultancy advice.

Cluttons came to Oman in 1986, expressly for developing and executing the Hatat House project on behalf of the Assarain Group. This is today the largest and most prestigious residential and commercial complex in Oman and continues to be managed by Cluttons.

The 12 storey high multi-purpose building occupies a well-designed site with landscaped grounds and an extensive parking area. The nine residential floors accommodate luxurious apartments that are hard to match in luxury and comfort. Residents enjoy the benefits of underground car parking, a swimming pool, tennis court, squash courts and two high quality restaurants within the complex. The remaining floors are devoted to office suites while the ground floor has shop units providing additional services to the tenants of the building.

Hatat House is professionally managed by Cluttons and has its own dedicated cleaning, maintenance and security teams that provide a high standard of service 24 hours a day. In addition to Hatat House, Cluttons manages a number of other buildings in the capital area.
